The Learning Center now provides access to Pearson VitalSource, a digital library featuring over 100 titles in French and English published by Pearson.
This collection covers key areas such as business, economics, management, and marketing, and includes works by leading authors such as Philip Kotler, John Hull, Gerry Johnson, and Jonathan Berk.
How do I access the platform?
- Log in to the Learning Center website.
- Click on Databases.
- In the alphabetical list, under P, select « Pearson VitalSource ».
- A login window will appear. You will have two options:
Access without creating an account:
- Click on “Continue without an Account”.
- Accept the terms of use.
Access by creating a personal account:
- Register using your HEC email address.
- Confirm your account through the verification email you receive.
Creating an account allows you to access the platform off campus via the mobile application.
How do I use the platform?
- You can change the interface language in your account settings.
- Click on the “Explorer” tab to view all available titles.
- Select a title and click “Borrow”.
Please note:
- You can consult two titles simultaneously for a maximum period of four hours.
- The status “Unavailable” means the title is currently being used by another reader during the four-hour borrowing period. Please try again later.
- Depending on the title, access may be limited to one to five simultaneous users.
How do I use the mobile application?
- First, create your VitalSource account via the Learning Center website (see section “How do I access the platform”).
- Download the application from Google Play or the App Store.
- Log in and access all available titles through the “Explorer” tab.
Please note: Downloaded titles can be read offline. The limit remains two titles simultaneously for four hours.
Good to know!
All titles are listed in the Learning Center discovery portal and can be searched by title or author. For example: « Solvable », by Arnaud Chevallier and Albrecht Enders
