How to print?
You can print on the copiers from the Learning Center’s computers or from your personal equipment.

- You automatically subscribe to the HEC Paris Learning Center
- The Learning Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Access is unrestricted: Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm (excluding public holidays and vacations period), then by swiping your badge/student card
- Your student card is also used for borrowing/returning documents and/or equipment, and for printing/photocopying at the Learning Center
Professors, Phd students and staff member
- You are automatically subscribed to the HEC Paris Learning Center
- The Learning Center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Access is unrestricted: Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm (excluding public holidays and vacations period), then by swiping your badge
- Your badge is also used for borrowing/returning documents and/or equipment, and for printing/photocopying at the Learning Center
- PhD students must present their student card
Executive Education Participants in short and tailor-made programs
Warning: please note that your badge does not open the Learning Center door. Access to the premises is only possible: Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm (excluding public holidays and vacations period)
HEC Alumni and former students of HEC programs
Access terms:
Members of the HEC Alumni association:
- Access is free of charge for the members of the HEC Alumni association and is only available: Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm (excluding public holidays and vacations period). On the first visit, registration is done at the reception desk of the Learning Center
- We kindly ask you to inform us of your arrival by sending an e-mail to learning-center@hec.fr, so that we can welcome you in the best conditions
- Consultation is only possible on the campus
- Non-members of the HEC Alumni association: 20€ per day or 100€ per year
Access includes:
- Consultation of all the Learning Center’s paper collections and the loan of books (except course books)
- Access to databases: Factiva, Europresse, Statista, ScienceDirect, OECD, GlobalData, Cairn, JSTOR and Dalloz
- A research assistance with or without appointment
- Access to the Learning Center’s facilities
Students of IP Paris, UP Saclay, LÉA-CFI and ESCP
- Students from these institutions can access the Learning Center’s resources free of charge (excluding financial databases such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc.): Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm (excluding public holidays and vacations period) and borrow for free.
- We kindly ask you to inform us of your arrival by sending an e-mail to learning-center@hec.fr, so that we can welcome you in the best conditions
- Registration at the reception desk upon presentation of proof of identity
