The Language Resource Center (LRC) is pleased to invite you to participate in Intercultural workshops that will provide you with tools to better understand intercultural challenges and encourage positive cross-cultural working relationships:

Workshop “Culture map, diversity at work”
From 9am to 10:30am
It has a practical and concrete approach and is intended to help you to:
- Understand different cultures through the eight dimensions of Erin Meyer “The Culture Map”,
- Place ourselves on the scale of different dimensions,
- Outline the wished cultural working environment,
- Become an actor of diversity & inclusion at HEC.
Workshop “Re-solutions”
From 11:am to 12:30pm
It addresses concrete subjects linked to our everyday work with a co-development approach:
- Learn from the group by sharing best practices: tools and mental structures,
- Get to know co-sharing and co-development tools,
- Create an emulation among the HEC community members to better know each other and to have a better collaboration respecting each other’s operating modes.
