1- My login details are confidential
The access terms (username, passwords, access codes) are granted only for the the duration of the training provided by HEC Paris and on a strictly personal basis.
Under no circumstances will I pass them on a third party, including any other HEC user.

2- My use is purely academic
The use of resources must explicitly fall within the scope of HEC Paris’ activities.
My access to the databases is limited exclusively to educational and/or research-related projects supervised by the school. When I’m on my gap year, I’m not allowed to use it to carry out my internship assignements or for the benefit of my company.

3- My usage is moderate
The use of resources must reasonable and fair. In the event of abuse, your access rights may be revoked.
I limit the volume of my downloads.

4- After HEC, my rights evolve
After graduation, access to the Learning Center resources may be suspended at any time.
On the other hand, members of the HEC Alumni association benefit from certain resources free of charge and only on-site: learning-center.hec.edu/en/access-terms/
I inform the Learning Center of my arrival, so that I can consult the databases* in the best possible conditions. *Factiva, Europresse, Statista, ScienceDirect, OCDE, GlobalData, Cairn, JSTOR et Dalloz.

5- The Learning Center is at my disposal
The Learning Center helps you with your information research, advises you and guides you through the resources : learning-center.hec.edu/en/research-assistance/
I don’t hesitate to contact the Learning Center and ask all my questions.
