I/B/E/S (Institutional Brokers’ Estimate System) gathers and compiles the different estimates made by stock analysts on the future earnings for publicly traded companies:

• Estimate data is displayed at company level, screened with rigorous quality control methods across 23,000 active companies in 90+ countries, and sourced from over 23,000 analysts.
• Over 980 firms contribute data to I/B/E/S, from the largest global houses to regional and local brokers.

Coverage

U.S. data back to 1976 and international data back to 1987.

Access

• On site: from the 1st computer on the left of the “Box 1” space in the Learning Center. To access it, click on the “Refinitiv” icon available on the desktop.
