  • You are automatically subscribed to the HEC Paris library
  • Your student card serves as a library card and printing / copying card

Students on short or part-time programmes  

  • You can register at the reception desk of the library, by completing a registration form
  • Following registration, a library card, valid until the end of the academic curriculum, will be given to you
  • NB: You will NOT be able to borrow any document ​​without presenting this card, or a form of identity which contains a photo

Professors, PhD students and collaborators

  • For faculty and staff members, your staff badge also serves as a library card
  • PhD students must present their student card.

HEC Alumni

The library is accessible for the HEC alumnus who are members of the HEC Alumni association.

The subscription includes the loan and consultation to all the books and journals available in paper format at the library. This subscription is free and gives access to the library from 9am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, except on holliday and closure period.

The library subscription is not available to HEC alumnus who are not members of the HEC Alumni association.

The students can come freely at the HEC Library between 8:30am and 7:30pm

External users

Only the HEC Paris campus at Jouy-en-Josas welcomes external users

The external users subscription includes : 

  • Consultation of the entire Library Catalogue and online resources, (excepting all the financial databes) from the campus's network.
  • The loan of documents for yearly subscribers (excepting the texbooks and market studies)

The Companies subscription includes also :

  • A research assistance including a 30 minutes initiation to documentary research
  • The help of two librarians throughout the year (on site and by phone)
  • An access to the library's facilities
  • Reservation of a co-working room

NB : A fair usage policy of database content applies
